PERFORMANCES IN GREAT DRIVERS’ CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR THEIR TEAMMATES:

 

The Championship Performance Criteria is quite simple: if the driver was beaten in championships by teammates and who beat. If the driver ran fewer races than his teammate I only considered the races they ran together.

NEVER BEEN BEAT IN THE TEAM:

Hunt (0): Not once. 

​

NOTE: Hunt had few really good teammates (Ian Scheckter, Torsten Palm, Harard Hrtl, Brad Lunger, Jochen Mass, Patrick Tambay, Gilles Villeneuve (in one race), Bruno Giacomelli) and had no teammates in seasons 1973 and 1979. We have to take this factor into consideration, as it is preponderant in Hunt's success within his teams, despite him being an excellent driver.

 

Hunt, Vettel and Verstappen (so far) have never had a world champion as a teammate.
